Product Videos

My duties include scriptwriting and storyboarding for product tutorial videos, company announcements and product promotionals.

Product Tutorials

This requires me to do research, use the product, and liaising with subject matter experts to create a script. I then have to create a hook and use UX-style language to direct users on how to use Bitget's products.

Company announcements

From time to time, the PR team will contact me to write scripts for our Managing Director Gracy Chen. I will have to turn press releases into a script that reads easy for our users.

Product Promo Videos

These videos are short, 30-60 second videos that act as advertisements for Bitget's products. These will then be promoted on social media intensively, followed by a tutorial video after.
