Traffic Request Sheet
Full sheet to be presented during interview.
I belong in a small creative team comprising of another copywriter and two art directors. We handle creatives for EVERY product and campaign pushed out by the company of 1,500 people. As an in-house unit, we don't have the luxury of having traffic and accounts management (like a standard agency) in our team. Hence, I created this traffic google sheet for stakeholders to fill up their requests, and as a means of organising reasonable deadlines. The art team has a similar sheet as well, duplicated from this sheet. This method has successfully allowed us to handle 4-5 requests a day on average, as compared to 1-2 job requests creatives in ad agencies handle per week.
